We are looking for sponsors for this fantastic event!

Below is a link to the Chinese New Year Parade in DC on Sunday, January 29th, 2012.

For the first time in 38 years the CCBA are allowing sponsors to help cover the parade costs and expand exposure.

We are broadcasting the event and taking it to multiple media outlets for the first time so event viewers will expand from 40,000 attendees to over 40 million viewers!

The goal is for the Chinese New Years Parade to become more like the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade and become THE event in DC.

The DC’s Office of Public Education Facilities Modernization (OPEFM) is unveiling some of their latest school modernization projects this week including the all new Howard D. Woodson High School.

DC City Administrator Allen Y. Lew is the leading force behind this $3.5 Billion modernization program.

Will you “like” it?

Once again Facebook is changing something and making us all step out of our virtual comfort zone. What will be different? Facebook is in the midst of changing their newsfeed and “like” button to include marketers. Soon, instead of just seeing your friends photos and comments on your news feed – you will now see what advertising campaigns they are following or what products they “like.” Facebook is also looking into making their news feed ‘real time’ much like Twitter. There are concerns that in Facebooks’ efforts to appeal to marketers they will turn off consumers, however with Twitter and Google breathing down their back many say it will not hurt them to try.
