The highly anticipated Reserve Auction for 5369 Morgans Point Drive—previously scheduled by DeCaro Auctions International on Saturday, May 10, 2025—was canceled after failing to meet the Published Reserve of $12,000,000.

The Sellers have now instructed DeCaro Auctions International to re-schedule the auction, set to take place on-site on Saturday, June 28, 2025, at 11:00 AM local time. To provide an exceptional opportunity for potential buyers, the Sellers have substantially reduced the original Reserve Price from $12,000,000 to $7,500,000. Additionally, the Buyer’s Premium has been lowered from 12% to 7%.
