Along with Holland Development Group, Donohoe Construction and architect Shalom Baranes, The AD Agency created a campaign to win an award by the DC Government to develop The Arts at 5th & I in the Mount Vernon Triangle area. The project’s visionary and pedestrian friendly plan features a jazz club, Spanish boutique hotel, coffee house and residences. The campaign included a website 5th-and-i.com, stakeholder presentations, collateral and public relations—all of which showcased the project as a lively experience that will encourage pedestrian activity, support local businesses and increase neighborhood safety.
